About me…
Therapy isn’t about ‘fixing’ you—it’s about making sense of things together.
Life can be overwhelming, messy, and uncertain, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. My job isn’t to sit back and nod as a silent observer; I’m here to support you, challenge you when needed, and walk alongside you at your own pace.
I trained at The Minster Centre, earning a Master’s degree and an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling. I have experience working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, loneliness, relationship struggles, childhood trauma, domestic violence, and suicidal thoughts. I’ve also had specialist training in domestic violence and suicide prevention and have a good working knowledge of diagnosed mental health conditions.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—everyone’s story is different, and therapy should reflect that. Whether we work short-term or long-term, remotely or in person, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. No pressure, no judgment—just a space that’s truly yours.
If you’re feeling stuck, lost, or unsure where to start, that’s okay.
Wherever you are, I’ll meet you there.

We will meet at the same time every week for 50 minutes. The first few sessions are often exploratory; an opportunity for us to build our relationship and foster a space that feels safe and secure for you.
My standard rate is £70 per session. I do offer concessionary rates for those on low-incomes, students or retirees.
If a regular time-slot isn’t something that works for your lifestyle, we can work together to find a flexible solution that works for you.

There’s no set number—therapy isn’t a quick fix, and everyone’s process is different. Some people come in with a specific issue and feel ready to wrap up after a few months, while others find that longer-term work gives them the space they need to explore things more deeply.
I work in blocks of 10 sessions, and every 10th session is a review, where we check in on how things are going, what’s been helpful, and what you might need moving forward. You’re always in control of that decision—there’s no pressure to commit beyond what feels right for you.
It’s also important to know that therapy isn’t always a straight line. Sometimes, things can feel more difficult before they get easier—especially when we start unpacking deeper emotions or past experiences. That doesn’t mean therapy isn’t working; in fact, it’s often a sign that it is.
Whatever your pace, I’ll be here to support you through it.

Yes—I offer a 15-minute Zoom call (or phone call) for free. This isn’t a therapy session, but a chance for us to get a feel for whether we’d work well together.
Finding the right therapist is one of the most important parts of the process, and this call gives you the space to ask questions, share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if my approach feels like a good fit for you. There’s no pressure to decide on the spot—I always encourage people to take some time afterward to reflect on how they felt.
If we decide to move forward, I’ll send you an assessment form before our first session, which you can either fill out in advance or go through with me when we meet.

A relational integrative psychotherapist blends various therapeutic techniques, creating a personalised approach that best fits your needs. My focus is on the relationship we build together, as I believe that's where meaningful change happens. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor my work to suit your unique circumstances, combining tools from different therapeutic methods. The key to transformation lies in the trust and connection we foster—the therapeutic relationship is the catalyst for growth and healing.

Both!
I run my practice five days a week. On Mondays, I work from a space in SW8 (opposite Battersea Park station).
Tuesday-Friday I offer remote sessions on Zoom.

I became a psychotherapist because I’m deeply passionate about helping people not go through life’s challenges alone. I’ve seen firsthand how empowering it can be when we realise we have the ability to change, and I wanted to be part of that journey with others.
Having been a client myself, I understand the vulnerability that comes with seeking help, and I aim to be a safe, supportive space for my clients. People are fascinating to me—each of us has our own story, struggles, and strengths, and I’m inspired by the resilience we all have.
